- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role. - Strong email and phone communication skills are essential for success in this position. - Experience with sales contact and lead management databases is preferred. - The candidate should possess strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. - A proactive approach to maintaining relationships with realtor partners is important for this role.
