Your Mission

Realize sales deals to gain visibility and credibility in local markets:

Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize sales deals opportunities with local professional clubs, federations, etc.
Clubs and Federations are to be served from the inline range or with the support of the PUMA Kit Factory provided by the One Stop Shop.
Objective is to have a strong club presence in each of the key first leagues with 2 or more of the top clubs wearing PUMA replicas. In total, a 10% market share across all professional leagues is targeted.
Due to its contribution to the brand awareness, a lower margin can be considered for Sales Deals to fuel the business.

Build Teamwear business:

Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize teamwear opportunities with local amateur clubs.
Ensure that all clubs are to be served from the Teamwear NOOS range.

Lead Teamsport Business Development:

Support on business plans together with the local distributors and local wholesalers to achieve strong sales growth in Teamsport.
Ensure close collaboration and market proximity by frequent market visits.

Commercialize the international sports marketing assets:

Focus on realizing commercial opportunities which arise from these international sports marketing assets and financially maximize those partnerships.

Your Talent

Education: Business Administration, Sports Management, Sales or similar.

At least 1 year of solid sales, Sports Marketing Business or similar experience, preferably in the Teamsport area

High proficiency in English + French strongly valued or (at least one other language between Arabic or Russian)
