Business Development Representative (BDR) Rockland County NY

We're seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our customer base and represent our brand throughout the community. Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral partners, and community leaders
  • Promote PuroClean services through outreach, presentations, and events
  • Coordinate lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and client appreciation events
  • Educate clients on the restoration process and how we serve during emergencies
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Track activity, goals, and performance in CRM or sales tools
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for helping others and giving back to the community
  • Ability to lead presentations and build rapport with diverse audiences
  • Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and goal-driven
  • Willingness to learn the restoration industry from the ground up
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Preferred (but not required) previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or client management platforms
  • Experience in restoration, insurance, construction, or real estate fields
