Sales Associate

The sales associate plays a key role in achieving these high standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Being the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer inquiries.
• Being a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
• Outfitting customers and making further product recommendations.
• Assessing customer needs and providing help and information about product features.
• Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring that the maintenance, presentation, and organization of store and warehouse matters are addressed appropriately.

About You:

• You have previous experience within hospitality/retail.
• You are hardworking with great communication skills.
• You have an interest in Fashion/Retail.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask in high-pressure environments.
• You are passionate about driving sales using our digital platforms!
