Here are the responsibilities you will be entrusted with to achieve our common goals:

Sales:

• Animate the sale on a daily basis
• Animate and mobilize the team on the objectives of the boutique
• Know and apply the different phases of the sales act
• Train the team in sales techniques

Management:

• Co-animate and mobilize your team on the activity of the point of sale
• Ensure that the team is always complete
• Progress and make your sales teams progress
• Create internal promotion for the company
• Develop quality relationships within the team and develop team synergy

Merchandising:

• Be co-responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the boutique
• Prepare each implantation with methodology and organization
• Implement commercial events

Management:

• Be co-responsible for the application of cash register procedures
• Be co-responsible for the markdown
• Respect labor law and internal regulations
• Be co-responsible for respecting budgets
• Be responsible for respecting the safety rules of goods and persons

About you

You have experience in a similar position ideally in the fashion, retail or commerce sector. At PVH, we are open to profiles from different backgrounds.

As a sales manager, your leadership and rigor are undeniable assets to carry out your missions. You have a sense of anticipation, coordination and results, as well as great relational skills.

You show maturity, you know how to manage priorities, identify urgent situations and deal with them.

Your level of English allows you to meet the expectations of our international clientele.
