We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for operations and business development of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger wholesale (retail and e-commerce) business in Asia Pacific. You will maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, and establish new business opportunities to expand the company's wholesale business. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of wholesale initiatives and achievement of revenue targets. Responsibilities:
1. Order Process and Shipment Arrangement: Manage sales order process to ensure smooth order fulfillment, starting from seasonal market launch, replenishment to delivery. This includes operational and administrative tasks such as preparing presentation materials, creating product line list, maintaining sales order record and product pricing in systems, planning inventory allocation, tracking delivery schedules, and monitoring payment process.
2. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities to drive expansion. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain external relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Work closely with internal teams (such as marketing, merchandising, and logistics) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of wholesale strategies.
4. Business Analysis: Monitor sell-in and analyze sell-through data. Propose and execute trading actions to improve sales performance. Maintain sales reporting such as shipment tracker, actual bought summary by brands, monthly shipment forecast and promotional expense summary.
5. Alignment with Brand & Campaigns: Develop and monitor marketing and promotional plans that align with brand marketing and online strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
6. Market Insights: Monitor customer feedback, analyze market trends and competitor activity, to identify business development opportunities and areas for improvement in wholesale operations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in business, marketing or related field.
2. Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
3. Customer oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and analytical capability to make data-driven decisions.
4. Strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the quality of work.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
7. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
