We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Group Sales Team. The Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to our Group Sales Team and General Manager. As the Sales Administrative Assistant you will assist with incoming calls, returning voicemails, assist with contracts, room blocks, small groups, and communications with the hotel teams.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong attention to detail and sense of urgency, and interested in moving into a sales or events career, as this entry-level position will prepare the right candidate for future openings within the Group Sales Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Previous work experience with FSPMS, MARSHA, Delphi, CI/TY, or similar hospitality programs preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00
