At Q8, we are looking for a Business Development Representative โ€“ someone who opens doors, explores markets, and convinces new customers of our electric (and fuel) solutions. You hunt for growth, expand networks, and bring movement to the world of sustainable mobility.

With your energy and persuasive power, you shape the mobility of tomorrow.

Your Biggest Challenge

Spotting new business, bringing it in and growing it. You are the commercial face of Q8 in Flanders & Wallonia โ€“ always on the move, always looking for the next opportunity.

Prospecting with Impact

You identify new markets, research where growth potential lies, and approach prospects with conviction and flair.

Selling Sustainable Solutions

You offer companies smart mobility solutions โ€“ from charging passes to charging poles โ€“ and guide them in their transition to electric driving.

Convincing and Closing Customers

You quickly make connections, ask the right questions, and know how to turn a conversation into a deal. After the deal, you hand the file over to the colleague Territory Manager.

Sharply Following the Market and Competition

You know the market, spot trends, and translate them into commercial opportunities. This way you always stay one step ahead.

Achieving Results

Targets challenge you, figures motivate you. You want to win, but always with a focus on long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.

This Is You

  • You have experience in business development or sales, preferably in mobility, energy, or technology.

  • EV, sustainability, and innovation inspire you โ€“ and you want to actively get involved with them.

  • You are enterprising, assertive, and goal-oriented: every 'no' you see as the start of the next conversation.

  • You work independently, plan smartly, and get satisfaction from results.

  • You easily talk to customers, but listen even better.
