QPS Employment Group is hiring a Business Development Representative for a company in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Make outbound calls to set up sales appointments and generate leads
- Heavy phone calls and computer usage
- Must maintain a 5% or higher conversation-to-meeting rate
Business Development Representative Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have computer experience
