Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to clients through prompt, clear phone and email communication
• Collect shipment details and requirements to make the best routing decision
• Accurately log shipment details into shipment manifest system
• Schedule appointments for pickup/delivery
• Create bill of ladings and other shipment documents
• Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to ensure each shipment is a success

Requirements for Business Development Representative:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to build rapport over the phone
