Reporting to: Key Accounts Executive
Job purpose: The Sales Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of B2B and B2C fiber sales agents to ensure consistent performance, discipline, and achievement of sales and renewal targets. The role focuses on daily team management, proper attendance, timely reporting, and active follow-up to ensure the team achieves at least 75% renewal rate and 80% of monthly sales targets.
