- The Net New Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies to grow the Qt Software Quality Solutions customer base.
- This role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to achieve organic growth.
- The candidate will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including commercial contract negotiations.
- Participation in industry events to promote Qt Quality Assurance products and services is expected.
- The position requires collaboration with business development managers and regional sales leadership to present a unified vision to customers.

- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in selling software development or quality assurance tools, with a strong focus on acquiring new business.
- A proven track record of success in selling subscriptions to complex accounts is essential, demonstrating the ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Experience with dual licensed, open source/commercial software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies will be beneficial.
- The candidate should possess a strong understanding of software development processes and the challenges faced by developers and testers.
