Outside Sales Representative 1 – Iowa City, Iowa

As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), you'll start in the field, meeting homeowners and introducing them to R3's services.

Your primary role is simple: offer complimentary property inspections. You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer)—who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement.

This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales.

Training Compensation

During the initial part-time paid training program, you will earn:

• $600 per week (paid weekly)

Compensation After Training

After completing training, your pay structure includes:

• A base salary plus unlimited commission—no cap

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods during our "hours of success" (12 PM – 8 PM)
• Offer complimentary property inspections (you book appointments; the Closer handles inspections)
• Maintain strong communication and a smooth handoff process with your assigned Closer
• Build trust and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Generate referrals and repeat business through professionalism and service
• Show up daily with energy, positivity, and a growth-focused mindset
• Learn directly from experienced leaders and advance as you develop

What You Bring

• A self-driven, motivated attitude—no prior sales experience required
• Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors 5 days per week
• Strong communication and people skills

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
