Senior Account Executive

This is a remote opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic client leader that is eager to learn and expand our clients' business both from a linear and digital streaming perspective. This person should be able to comfortably collaborate with our integrated planning, buying and analytics teams and drive agreed upon business outcomes for our clients. You will have an integral role in our clients' success by supporting client objectives, ensuring sound strategic development/execution, and driving new opportunities to grow and scale our clients' DTC businesses.

You will have the opportunity to join a close-knit client service team where your efforts will play a key role in mentoring junior team members as well as successfully delivering on client expectations. You should be proficient at analyzing video/streaming data, communicating/participating in strategic conversations, and overseeing data operations.

Drive The Success Of Your Client Accounts

  • Lead integrated cross-channel campaigns for key agency accounts as the primary point person for day-to-day account management
  • Develop a deep understanding of client marketing and business strategies, goals, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with clients to establish goals and budgets.
  • Lead client relationship with a strategic mindset and serve as primary facilitator of cross-functional internal teams.
  • Facilitate strategic development and implementation of client initiatives.
  • Analyzing the impact of the video campaign on the clients' business and understanding the interaction with other marketing channels
  • Manage various tasks, timelines, prioritizing client projects and moving them along internally and externally.
  • Lead clients through development, implementation, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve program issues.
  • Generate timelines, flow charts, total business projections, proformas and proposals.
  • Coordinates internal resources for all client engagements.

What Makes A Great Senior Account Executive At Our Agency?

  • At least five years' experience in an agency setting, preferably with marketing/advertising experience. DRTV and OTT/CTV streaming is a plus.
  • Proven record of driving strategy that fueled successful campaigns and client relationships.
  • Expertise in DTC campaign management with a focus on results.
  • Strong understanding of a full-funnel media approach and KPIs evaluated across each channel throughout the funnel.
  • Confidence in presenting to clients and colleagues. Must be engaging and effective when presenting the agency POV.
  • Analytical and proficient in Excel.
  • A critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills a must: experience with several clients across preferred multiple in-house teams.
  • Project management background is valuable. Experience with Smartsheet or other similar software preferred.
  • Scheduling and planning: setting project schedules and timelines is a major part of the AE's role, requiring attention to detail and multi-tasking skills and the ability to plan and manage multiple concurrent projects and client deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: AE's frequently communicate with team members across all agency departments, clients, and executives.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, CRM, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
