Position: New Business Development Sales Team Member

To further expand our business and capture market share, we are recruiting new members to strengthen our new business development sales team. Primarily through phone calls and Zoom meetings, you'll introduce Rakuten Beauty's appeal to beauty salons and promote their listings. You'll also make proposals tailored to seasonal and trend changes, creating opportunities to connect with new salons. This position is ideal for those motivated by "wanting to contribute to the beauty salon industry" and "finding fulfillment in achieving goals." By communicating directly with busy salon owners daily to propose listings, you'll develop strong proposal skills and the drive to achieve targets. Mission Your mission is to collaborate with your team and internal/external partners to secure a competitive number of listings on Rakuten Beauty.
Specific Responsibilities 1) Acquiring new listings through phone/Zoom meetings Approach beauty salons via phone or Zoom to introduce Rakuten Beauty's customer attraction power and service offerings. Communicate the benefits of listing and aim to secure contracts. Example: Explain Rakuten Beauty's advantages to newly opened salons or those using other services, encouraging them to start listing. 2) Providing Information and Proposals to Boost Listing Motivation Based on beauty industry trends and seasonal events, provide information and usage plans that help salons effectively attract customers through Rakuten Beauty. Example: Present customer acquisition methods aligned with event periods like Valentine's Day or Christmas to connect them to listing on Rakuten Beauty. 3) Creating Materials and Presentations Support the salon's decision to list by creating explanatory materials and delivering effective presentations via Zoom. Example: Prepare materials clearly explaining Rakuten Beauty's success stories and post-listing support system to approach negotiations.
