We are looking for individuals who can drive the sales promotion of our Zero Trust security services, a key product of the Enterprise Solution Business Department. To enhance the security of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Japan, we welcome immediate contributors who can nurture the market and improve the presence of our own products. We seek team players who can collaborate effectively, understanding market trends, customer needs, and the intentions of internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Consideration and planning of sales promotion measures
- Security product planning
- Marketing content development/consideration
- Speaking engagements at external webinars
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing departments (including motivating and coaching sales members)

Recommended Experience in Service Planning
Mandatory Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Experience in planning or a strong desire to transition into a planning role
- Experience in creating internal proposals/project plans
- Communication skills to build good relationships with other departments and smoothly execute projects
Desired Qualifications
- Experience promoting and marketing security products or IT solutions
- Basic understanding of zero trust or related technologies (network, cloud security)
- Project management experience
- Experience training new employees
- Work experience in English
