This position belongs to the "Rakuten Marketing Japan Department" within the Ad & Media Company. The Rakuten Marketing Japan Department holds a unique position as "both a digital advertising agency and a platformer," operating in an environment where it can handle a diverse range of marketing products and cutting-edge digital solutions.

The Sales Assistant Group primarily handles operational tasks related to ad operations for the Rakuten Marketing Japan Department (LinkShare Japan business). By managing various operational tasks, they contribute to improving organizational productivity and quality through implementing business flow improvements, automation, and promoting measures to prevent operational errors.

Based on requests for operational support from both internal and external sources, this role primarily handles various operational tasks associated with ad operations, such as report creation, management screen settings, and billing, payment applications.

- Data aggregation and creation of various reports

- General ad operation (primarily affiliate advertising)

- Receiving new requests, creating work formats, and building operation flows

- Checking ad content and requesting corrections from media

- Responding to inquiries

- Answering phone calls (transferring calls)

Mandatory Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of professional work experience

- Experience in handling operational tasks such as data aggregation and input, constructing business flows, and improving operations

- Proficiency in Excel (functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, PivotTables, conditional formatting, etc.)

- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

Desired Qualifications:

- Work experience in the internet advertising industry

- Ability to understand and make simple modifications to VBA

- Experience utilizing RPA tools (Power Automate, etc.)

- Understanding of HTML and CSS

Additional information on Secondment:

This position belongs to Rakuten Group, Inc., but upon joining, you will be seconded to LinkShare Japan K.K.

The salary system, welfare benefits, and evaluation system will be the same as those of Rakuten Group, Inc.

Additional information on English Qualification:

TOEIC score of 800 or higher (or proof of equivalent English proficiency, or a bachelor's degree or higher from an English-speaking country). Proof of qualification is required by the time of the job offer. If you do not have a score or certificate, we will arrange for you to take a TOEIC IP test organized by our company during the selection process.
