MIHA Business Department Position

The MIHA Business Department, which conducts influencer marketing, is a specialized organization that promotes next-generation marketing by multiplying influencers with on- and off-line marketing measures at the Rakuten Group.

In the rapidly changing digital era, we are developing integrated marketing that optimally connects clients and consumers by utilizing Rakuten's approximately 100 million member data, EC, and media resources.

We support a wide range of industries, including fashion, cosmetics, entertainment, food, and regional revitalization, and our strength is that we can implement everything from social media measures to events and mass advertising in a single step.

MIHA Sales Section is divided into Sales Group and Planning Group.

In the sales department, in addition to proposing unique sales channels that utilize the characteristics of the Rakuten Group, we also made proposals for "advertising products × influencers" that made use of our strengths to advertisers outside the group.

The Planning Division is divided into sales and product planning, and supports sales through optimization of sales activities, management of customers and numbers, and planning and development of advertising products to be sold.

As sales increases, we need to further improve productivity, and conduct efficient management and deep analysis, so we are looking for people who can promote the MIHA Business Division together.

Mandatory Qualifications:

In the advertising industry, I have more than 3 years of experience as a sales plan (more than 5 years of experience as a member of society)

Experience in contributing to the improvement of sales activities by actively devising ways to manage sales budgets and performance, management tools, conferences, materials, and analysis of numbers

Those who can respond quickly with hospitality to improve sales activities

Communication ability to accurately grasp the needs of sales and management

PC Skills: Excel (VLOOKUP function, IF function, PivotTable, chart creation), PowerPoint (slide creation using diagrams and graphs)

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in digital advertising, SNS marketing industry, and sales planning

Sales Experience

Experience of introducing tools in sales activities such as kintone and knowledge work
