This position belongs to the SaaS Service Group and is responsible for proposing BPO services to help customers optimize their business processes. We contribute to the resolution of our clients' business issues by gaining a deep understanding of their IT environment (SaaS, mobile security, smart devices, etc.) and business processes and combining them with the most appropriate solutions. We address the potential needs of our clients and help them improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and create new businesses with advanced BPO solutions, thereby improving customer satisfaction and achieving sustainable growth.
Due to business expansion, we are looking for a person who can take charge of sales in BPO services for mobile services for corporate clients. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can lead BPO services that support business process optimization for various services introduced through Rakuten Mobile, as well as formulate business strategies to realize these services. We are looking for someone who can accelerate the growth of our corporate mobile business by accurately grasping market trends and customer needs and creating innovative mobile services.
This department is responsible for sales of services utilizing SaaS, mobile security, etc., including smart devices. Hearing customer needs in the area of responsibility~ Developing sales strategies. Proposing and presenting solutions including BPO services. Coordinating and collaborating with related departments and business partners.
The organization is categorized by the services it handles and consists of four groups within the division. Each group is a small organization with no more than 4 to 12 members, fostering a culture of devoting time to the field and customer service as a top priority. The organization is mainly composed of young/mid-career employees in their 20s to 40s, and communication is flat and open, allowing for frank exchange of opinions. Regardless of whether you are a new graduate or a mid-career worker, we have members of all ages and backgrounds. We have managers with IT backgrounds and mid-career members with IT and mobile industry backgrounds. Members with diverse experiences come together to promote projects by leveraging their expertise.
Experience in IT industry sales to corporate clients (3+ years desirable). Intangible product sales experience such as contact center and managed services (3+ years preferred). Enterprise sales experience (3+ years preferred). Ability to provide new added value to customers or the company. Proactive attitude to make proposals to solve customers' problems. Ability to communicate the appeal of the company's products and services to customers in a clear and effective manner. Negotiation skills to maximize the company's profit while understanding the customer's needs. Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher preferred). Standard Driver's License (Automatic Transmission Only)
