✨ About The Role
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and closing new sales opportunities for RapidDeploy's public safety solutions
- This role involves strategic regional planning, working with procurement teams, and educating agencies on the value of RapidDeploy's SaaS products
- The position requires up to 75% travel and a focus on meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
- The Regional Sales Manager will act as a steward of the company at industry events and maintain accurate sales information in the designated CRM tool
- Collaboration with team members across the organization and a proactive approach to bringing solutions to potential customers are essential for success

- Experienced in selling SaaS software, preferably with over 5 years of experience in the industry
- Familiarity with state and/or county agencies and a background in emergency services, 9-1-1, or public safety is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and results-driven individual with a focus on delivering to sales targets and company goals
