- Responsible for driving the entire sales process, targeting top prospects, generating lead activity, identifying solutions, and negotiating and closing deals
- Develop plans and strategies for achieving sales goals, including new and existing accounts
- Lead and manage sales activities, operations, and resources to deliver successful outcomes
- Evangelize and educate customers, the market, and the industry on the company's mission, vision, strategy, and solution
- Build, grow, and lead a global sales team focused on customer acquisition, retention, and cybersecurity innovation

- Proven B2B sales leadership experience, exceeding targets in the cybersecurity industry
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and threat hunting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex solutions to various audiences
- Ability to build and maintain executive business relationships with industry C-level executives
- Passion for cybersecurity sales with a player/coach mentality and willingness to travel as needed
