Key Account Executive Cash & Cary (Nordeste)

As Key Account Executive you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial and execution strategies at the point of sale with the main regional networks of the Cash & Carry and Self-service (AS) channel, with the aim of increasing market share and ensuring the achievement of growth targets defined for the channel and region.

Analysis of indicators

  • Follow up on performance indicators (sales volume, market share, relative price and execution in the market) using internal control tools and dashboards.
  • Identify key opportunities and propose medium and long-term action plans and commercial strategies, aligned with the results and guidelines of the company.

Negotiation of contracts

  • Structure and conduct commercial negotiations with regional networks, following national guidelines and ensuring the application of execution and investment agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions, funds and counter-values with regional customers, ensuring compliance with Red Bull standards.

Investment management

  • Manage the investment budget and follow up quarterly and annual contracts, based on performance KPIs and execution indicators.
  • Ensure the efficient use of promotional funds, according to the expected return and the commercial calendar of the region.

Relationship and training of the field team

  • Disseminate Red Bull negotiation and execution concepts with the team of Distributors (promoters, sellers and supervisors), ensuring alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Promote the brand's lifestyle and values, inspiring the team to achieve consistent results.

Market monitoring

  • Follow the movements of the competition and the performance of local distributors, identifying growth opportunities and proposing corrective actions.

Results monitoring

  • Monthly analysis of results, identification of causes of deviations and proposal of action plans.
  • Ensure the execution of agreed actions, with constant follow-up with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Complete degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
  • Post-graduate degree or MBA will be considered a differential.
  • Previous experience in the Autosserviço and/or Cash & Carry channel, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Experience in negotiating with regional networks will be a differential.
  • Analytical capacity and ease with numbers (Excel and dashboards).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ease in building relationships with distributors, customers and internal teams.
  • Organized, proactive and autonomous profile.
  • Collaborative spirit and positive energy in the day to day.
