Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive Pubs to be based in the UK.
This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Pubs sector strategy and the achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets. You will support the NAM for Pubs on the larger customers; Stonegate, Greene King & Mitchell & Butlers as well as having responsibility for your own Regional/National Pub customers. You will work closely with key contacts across the customer base to ensure a commercially productive relationship. You will be expected to oversee development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the brand is activated with excellence. You will be expected to remain in constant dialogue with the wider Red Bull business including National Account teams, Musketeers, Logistics, Finance & Brand and Marketing teams.
Achievement of agreed volume, profit and net revenue targets across customer base
Deliver against targets, which are driven by a clear business plan that caters to both Customer and Red Bull priorities. Evaluation of activity within account with learning's applied.
Strategy
Drive and develop the channel strategy Identify and open-up new distribution opportunities To be an expert of the On-Premise Pub world. Be informed and knowledgeable of the market, competitor movements and strategies Accurate forecasting and reporting of customer performance on financial systems (CPM) To track and measure the impact of all decisions and actions. To have ongoing monitoring processes/systems/tools in place in order to be able to identify opportunities and performance issues
Account Management
Develop and drive strong relationships with all customer's Senior Ops, Procurement & Marketing contacts Identify key opportunities with developing accounts and build a plan that delivers mutually beneficial growth Build and execute marketing initiatives across all customers, ensuring mutual benefit for both Red Bull and the customer
