Sales Consultant

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team and help pharmacies achieve their full potential.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with pharmacy professionals and showcasing the value of our software solutions. Your goal will be to understand the unique needs of each pharmacy, demonstrate how our platform can address their challenges, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase the benefits of our pharmacy management software
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, market insights, and customer feedback
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market requirements
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field, Communications, or related area.
Required Work Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare or software industry (pharmacy experience a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and workflows (or ability to quickly learn)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple sales opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Salesforce, Monday.com, Power BI/Tableau, Excel)

Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and General Employment Guidelines:
- This position is classified as a hybrid role with both in-office and remote expectations.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Moderate levels of stress may be experienced in the performance of the job
- Position is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical work includes, but is not limited to, sitting, standing, reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting to 25 lbs.

- Little responsibility for safety of others. Job is performed in an office setting where there are no hazardous materials or equipment
