As a Director, Film Sales - South at Regal Cinemas, you'll lead the film selection and booking process for your assigned divisions, curating the ultimate movie lineup that drives box office success. This role combines creative vision and commercial strategy to ensure every theater screens the perfect mix of blockbusters, indie gems, and specialty features that captivate audiences and maximize returns.

What will you be doing?

• You'll select and negotiate film releases for IMAX, RPX, and other premium formats—bringing the best cinematic stories to life on the big screen.
• You'll forecast box office potential by screening films and analyzing market trends—because you know what audiences want before the opening credits roll.
• You'll schedule theaters and manage film placements across competitive zones, ensuring the right film hits the right market at the right time.
• You'll collaborate with distributors, theatre teams, and divisional leaders to maintain a seamless release schedule worthy of a Hollywood premiere.
• You'll analyze performance and market changes, providing insights that keep Regal ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving entertainment landscape.

About you

• You have at least three years of film buying experience and a passion for turning great movies into must-see events.
• You're a skilled negotiator who can balance creative instincts with strong business acumen.
• You bring sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for audience trends, competition, and emerging formats.
• You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every decision impacts what audiences see next weekend.
• You're a team player and communicator, ready to partner across divisions and with major film distributors.
