Build up an attractive and leading position covering Air Moving/Commercial Motor in all South Asia countries.
Drive short and long-term business development in all specific vertical market/segment.
Develop and execute APAC sales strategies and target for Air Moving/Commercial Motor, targeting data centers, semiconductor and commercial building & HVAC.
Lead market expansion in SEA through distributor network built-up, optimization and OEM partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals
Drive specification-influence strategies with stakeholders at key accounts and consultants, leveraging deep knowledge of EC motor technology, IoT integration, and regulatory standards
Build sales excellence process, channel development and management process in SEA region
Position EC technology advantages vs. AC fans (TCO, efficiency, controllability)
Recruit/train tiered distributor network (prioritizing partners with HVAC technical capabilities)
Monitor and manage performance metrics (e.g., sales growth, market share, margin) to build a high-performance sales organization.
Act as a key liaison between the sales team and internal functions (Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance) to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource deployment for key opportunities.
Strategically allocate resources and manage the regional sales budget to maximize ROI and support strategic initiatives across the SEA region.
Forge alliances with government agencies (BCA Singapore), industry consortia (SG Green Building Council), and channel partners to advance EC adoption in green infrastructure projects
Monitor competitor innovations through market intelligence, adjusting pricing/trade terms to gain strong market share
Education: Bachelor degree above in business marketing or engineering or equivalent experience and education, MBA is preferrable;
Experience: Minimum 10 years in B2B industrial sales(EC fan, HVAC), 5+ years managing multi-country SEA teams. Experience with long-cycle sales (6-18 months) involving spec-in influence (engineers, consultants);
Regional Acumen: Established network across SEA industrial supply chains. Ability to partner effectively (internally and externally) with personnel at all levels, particularly at top management levels / decision makers within the customer base;
Leadership Traits: Data-driven decision-making, matrix-team mobilization, problem solving;
General: Proficiency in English + Mandarin, willing to travel frequently
