Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely and high-quality administrative support to Air Moving sales team. • Be Responsible for weekly sales data summary, sales staff performance summary, sales staff weekly report collection; • Be Responsible for weekly project pipeline summary and follow-up, weekly agent development related data collection and planning; • Coordinate sales team meetings and take meeting minutes and follow up the progress; • Assist sales leaders to prepare required PPT and documents; • Other tasks as assigned by Air Moving Director; Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field Business Administration or related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree) • 5 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role; Experience supporting business leaders in a global organization is highly preferred • Workable written and verbal communication skills in bilingual of English and Chinese, be able to effectively communicate with internal/external customers. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration software such as MS Teams, SharePoint and One Drive is essential.
