Program Overview: The program's focus is on building the core business and technical skills needed to create the foundation for a successful career in Sales. Participants will develop a business oriented, cross functional understanding of Regal Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within its Sales, Engineering, and Marketing departments. It is a progressive and challenging program that provides associates a breadth of unique experiences in various aspects of our global company that will shape them into the leaders of the future. A SEAL candidate will have a leader or mentor associated with each assignment and will be assigned to projects and will be held accountable for his/her work.
