- The ideal candidate will have at least five years of quota-carrying experience in new business development for an enterprise software company. - A strong background in selling SaaS, cloud, and integration products is essential, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. - The candidate should possess experience in complex solution selling, managing large transactions, and navigating lengthy sales campaigns. - Public speaking and presentation skills are crucial, as the role involves engaging with C-level executives. - Fluency in German is required to effectively communicate with the target market in Germany and the DACH region.
