The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for selling non-fabricated steel to industrial establishments, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role includes regular in-person visits, market analysis, and collaboration with internal departments.
Compensation
Base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Sales Incentive Program
As part of our commitment to rewarding performance, eligible Outside Sales Representatives participate in a quarterly Sales Incentive Program. This program is designed to align sales efforts with company goals of market growth and gross profit improvement. Incentives are based on territory maintenance, gross profit growth, and performance over historical averages. Specific incentive tiers and eligibility criteria are outlined by the company’s sales management team. Estimated quarterly incentive $3,000 - $9,000 per quarter.
