- The Regional Sales Director will manage a designated sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals.
- The role involves accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- The director will provide feedback and coaching to individual sellers and establish individual development plans.
- Conducting bi-yearly performance reviews is a key responsibility of this position.

- Individuals with experience penetrating the Fortune 2000 without strong brand recognition will be favored.
- A minimum of three years of experience exceeding sales targets as a front-line manager is required.
- Candidates should have experience leading enterprise sales teams focused on new logo acquisition for large revenue companies.
- A bachelor's degree or higher education is necessary for this role.
