- The Regional Sales Director will manage a designated sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed sales goals. - The role involves accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals. - The director will provide feedback and coaching to individual sellers and establish individual development plans. - Conducting bi-yearly performance reviews is a key responsibility of this position. - Participation in industry and company-specific customer and prospect events and meetings is expected. - The role may require travel with the sales team as needed.

- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams at scale. - Candidates should possess experience in driving the adoption of value-based selling methodologies and opportunity qualification processes. - A successful candidate will have experience in high-growth, early-stage technology startups, particularly in sales leadership roles. - Individuals with experience penetrating the Fortune 2000 without strong brand recognition will be favored. - A minimum of three years of experience exceeding sales targets as a front-line manager is required. - Candidates should have experience leading enterprise sales teams focused on new logo acquisition for large revenue companies. - A bachelor's degree or higher education is necessary for this role.
