Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Manage and coordinate group housing blocks, including rooming lists, cutoff dates, and inventory monitoring
Act as a liaison between clients, sales managers, and hotel departments to ensure accurate and timely communication
Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales presentations
Monitor group pickup and performance, proactively identifying opportunities to maximize revenue
Maintain accurate records within hotel systems and ensure data integrity
Support client relationships by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail
Assist with site visits, client events, and on-property group execution as needed
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
