Key Responsibilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong knowledge of catering logistics and operations and billing is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CI/TY, LightSpeed, or similar sales/event software or other PMS system is a plus
Passion for guest service, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences
Performs administrative duties to include answering phones & email correspondence
Other administrative duties and projects assigned
