Who You Are + Advertising Sales Pro: 2–4 years of success selling digital ads (video ads, programmatic, display, CTV). Startup/ad network/agency experience is a plus. Compensation Structure + 0–$10,000 Monthly Revenue: 10% commission. + $10,001–$25,000 Monthly Revenue: 12% commission. + $25,001–$50,000 Monthly Revenue: 15% commission. + $50,001+ Monthly Revenue: 18% commission. Note: Commissions are calculated based on the revenue generated from new client acquisitions and are paid monthly.
