We are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Senior Sales Support Representative (Sr. SSR) to serve as a strategic partner to the Sales organization and a subject-matter leader within the Service department. This role extends beyond traditional sales support functions—serving as a trusted advisor, escalation point, and process owner for proposal development and quoting operations. The Sr. SSR will drive high-value deliverables that directly impact revenue growth and client retention by ensuring excellence, consistency, and accuracy in all proposals and RFP submissions. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in quoting and benefits analysis, a skilled communicator, and a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. This role demands a high level of autonomy, decision-making capability, and a demonstrated ability to lead through influence across departments and carrier partners. The Sr. SSR is integral to process improvement, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the Sales team is supported with strategic, timely, and consultative service. While this is a remote role where you will work from home, the ideal candidate will be located in Northern California to support our Sales Teams in that region. Our teams are able to collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you'll feel like you're part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of working from home.
