Our cloud based, SaaS learning technologies provide customizable capabilities to students and deliver insight through data. Your primary responsibility will be developing and leading a successful sales team to increase sales at Higher Education institutions. The Regional Sales Manager will demonstrate excellent problem solving and negotiating skills to construct and manage pricing, custom publishing agreements, and RFPs. Will also develop and drive stretch goals for team members and manage a regional budget.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $96,600 - $179,400. Total Target Cash: $148,700 - $276,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
