The Vice President of Payor Sales will lead Sharecare's growth strategy within the health plan and payor markets, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments. This executive will own the full sales lifecycle—from strategic targeting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and handoff to implementation. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of selling population health, care management, or digital health solutions into payors, with deep relationships across the industry and a strong understanding of value-based care dynamics and industry trends in digital health.

Essential job functions include achieving and exceeding team bookings/revenue targets, forecasting pipeline and opportunity progression, coaching and developing team members, achieving annual recurring revenue targets, working closely with the broader Sales, Product & Account Management Leadership, developing strategic territory plans, forecasting revenue targets, leveraging CRM system, demonstrating Sharecare solutions to prospective customers, collaborating with the RFP team, coordinating with Sharecare Implementation Services, Account Management and Client Success, serving as a voice of the market, collaborating with Marketing, and participating in cross-functional projects.

Specific skills/attributes include demonstrating service excellence, a track record of achieving sales results, high energy, drive, achievement orientation, experience in an entrepreneurial environment, highly developed organizational, planning and management skills, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with others, ability to take a vigorous hands-on role in marketing products and services to large accounts, and solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills.

Qualifications generally require a minimum of 7+ years of related experience, a minimum requirement of Bachelor's Degree, proficiency with Salesforce.com and other industry-standard sales tools, and sales training and experience with solution, consultative, strategic and/or conceptual selling.
