How You'll Make an Impact
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Mentor & Develop: Act as a true "player-coach," spending significant time in the field to provide real-time coaching, feedback and support.
- Inspire & Align: Lead high-energy team meetings, translating company strategy into a clear, actionable sales plan.
- Drive Performance: Develop your team into sales superstars, managing their activity, pipeline, and skill gaps to ensure success.
Strategic Growth & Revenue
- Own Your Market: Take full accountability for the branch's top-line revenue, driving new business acquisition, client retention, price increases, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Be a Data-Driven Strategist: Use sales data to review pipelines, identify winning strategies, and forecast accurately.
- Become the Market Expert: Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors, sharpening our unique selling propositions.
Customer & Operational Excellence
- Champion Customer Relationships: Personally visit key clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure we are delivering service that delights.
- Act as the Key Problem-Solver: Be the central point of contact for complex service issues. You will be hands-on, liaising directly with clients and internal departments (like Service and Operations) to manage challenges and see them through to a successful resolution.
- Quarterback Major Deals: Guide your team in coordinating, negotiating, and closing complex contracts, ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
- Be Hands-On: Be agile and ready to conduct on-site inspections (yes, sometimes under the sun!) to support your team and secure new business.
- Drive Accountability: Take responsibility by ensuring your team's daily sales activities are accurately and promptly updated in our system.
- Collaborate to Win: Work closely with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, including assisting with collections.
