Territory Manager – Medical Device Sales

Be Part of a Game-Changing Innovation in Urology

We're a fast-growing medical technology company on a mission to improve the lives of millions suffering from Overactive Bladder (OAB). Our groundbreaking, wearable therapy offers a non-invasive solution that's changing how OAB is treated - no surgery, no implants, no compromise.

We're looking for a Territory Manager with deep urology sales expertise and proven market creation experience to lead the way in driving adoption and awareness in your territory. This is more than a sales job - it's an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Create and expand a new market by introducing an innovative OAB treatment to urologists, urogynecologists, NPs, PAs, RNs, and administrators.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on education, adoption, and patient outcomes.
  • Build long-term relationships with providers and guide them from first exposure to routine utilization.
  • Deliver compelling clinical and technical presentations to drive urgency and engagement.
  • Own your business - forecasting, planning, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams for training, reimbursement support, and customer success.
  • Maintain compliant documentation, credentialing, and HIPAA-aligned practices.

Who You Are

  • A passionate, entrepreneurial medical sales professional with a strong urology background.
  • Experienced in market creation - you know how to navigate resistance, educate providers, and build demand from scratch.
  • Agile and proactive, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of care.
  • Skilled in building trust, driving adoption, and closing complex, consultative sales.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of medical device or specialty pharma sales experience in urology.
  • Documented experience in successfully creating and expanding a new market or launching a new product/therapy.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Based in the assigned territory with the ability to travel locally.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 20 lbs for product transport.

Preferred Attributes

  • Consistent top performer (e.g., President's Club, national rankings).
  • Strong command of CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
  • Clinical confidence and the ability to translate data into compelling value for providers.

Why This Role?

This is your opportunity to be the go-to leader in an emerging field with a transformative technology. You'll be part of a mission-driven company that values innovation, autonomy, and patient outcomes - while offering strong earning potential and real career growth.

Ready to make your mark in urology? Apply now and help shape the future of OAB treatment.
