We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AV Sales Administrator to provide critical support to our growing AV team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing sales operations, managing crucial data, and ensuring seamless communication within our dynamic sales environment. You'll work closely with our AV Managers, field sales teams, and stores to drive efficiency and support our strategic growth initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Sales Enablement & Support:
    • Manage the AV literature library, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
    • Work with Channel Marketing Manager on coordination of trade show kits for partner and buying group events, including tracking their position, planning for next locations, managing supplies (table coverings, giveaways, literature), and ensuring replenishment.
    • Tracking invoices and spend/budget tied to events
    • Support Buying and Rep Groups with promotional programs, including filtering and streamlining customers per territory and assisting with marketing communications.
    • Track strategic sales initiatives and provide reporting in timely fashion
    • Manage, analyze and summarize weekly/monthly buying group and rep group data – create weekly updates for key stakeholders – act as liaison to ensure maximizing third party rep efficiency
    • Maintain records including customer and supplier to ensure accurate accounting for buying and rep groups
    • Support the execution of AV initiatives by tracking project timelines, deliverables, and coordinating resources as needed
  • Internal Communication & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness through improved tools, analytics, and insights.
    • Engage in proactive outbound communication with stores, field sales representatives, and other internal teams to facilitate information flow and support sales efforts.
    • Work effectively in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals.
    • Provide weekly tracking of category, buying and rep group performance summaries
  • Reporting & Analysis Support:
    • Assist in generating insights using Power BI for Buying and Rep Groups analytics (e.g., year-over-year spend, product breakdown, opportunities for expansion).
    • Collect and compile team feedback data tied to Partner & BG events

You Must Have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A strong desire for world-class customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Prior industry experience (security, low-voltage, distribution).
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Aptitude for learning new products and technologies quickly.
