Your role as New Logo Sales Executive – Belgium

We are looking for an ambitious New Business Sales Executive with a hunter mentality. You don’t shy away from challenges, and you get your energy from closing deals, bringing in big clients and achieving growth.

In this role, you are responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting new clients within Belgium. You have a nose for opportunities, know how to open doors with decision-makers, and manage to position our solutions sharply in the market.

What will you do?

  • Hunting, scoring, and closing: You actively search for new business and prospects, and turn them into long-term partnerships.

  • Selling services in Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing: Think Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, SOC/SIEM services, Test Automation, Performance Testing, etc.

  • Strategic selling at C-level: You identify client needs and convince decision-makers with tailored solutions.

  • Collaborating with technical teams: You develop proposals that truly make a difference for the client.

  • Building your own client portfolio: You contribute to the growth of Resillion in Belgium.

  • Leading the market: You follow trends, anticipate needs, and keep the competition behind you.

Job Requirements

What do you bring?

  • At least 10 years of experience as a hunter in B2B sales.

  • Proven track record in new business development.

  • Experience in (or strong affinity with) Cybersecurity and/or QA Software Testing.

  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.

  • Willingness to frequently travel within Belgium.

  • You are a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

  • You are a closer pur sang – you thrive on closing a deal.
