Function Description

Are you a born salesperson who thrives on calling new clients? Do you enjoy the excitement of a conversation that leads to a deal? If so, we are looking for you!

Your role:

As a Sales Representative, you are the first link in our sales process and the engine behind our growth. You directly contact potential clients, convince them of the value of our services, and ensure that we can work with the right leads. You lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships and play an important role in the success of our sales team.

What will you do?

  • Cold calling – You call prospects and generate interest in our IT services.
  • Lead qualification – You discover the needs of clients and check if they fit our services.
  • Building relationships – You are the first impression of Resillion and lay the foundation for a successful partnership.
  • Collaborating with sales – You transfer warm leads to account managers for further follow-up.
  • CRM maintenance – You ensure that conversations and results are properly recorded in our CRM system.
  • Use of tools – You use Sales Engagement Software, email outreach tools, lead generation tools, and call automation & dialers to make your work more efficient and to reach the right leads.
  • Independent work – You think proactively about ways to generate leads and apply innovative techniques for success.

Function Requirements

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar cold calling / lead generation role.

  • Independent thinker – You can work independently and have a creative approach to solving problems.

  • Ability to accept rejection – You remain motivated and focused, even if not every call leads to success.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit – You have a proactive and enterprising attitude, always looking for new opportunities.

  • Self-starter – You take responsibility for your own success and work independently to achieve your goals.

  • Experience in the sector is a plus – Do you have experience in the IT or tech sector? Then that is a big plus!

  • Ready to earn money – You have the ambition to score and you are motivated by the possibility of earning well.

  • Tech-savvy – You have experience with CRM software, Sales Engagement Software, email outreach tools, lead generation tools, and call automation & dialers.

  • Communicatively strong – You know how to generate interest and guide a conversation to convince the client.

  • Goal-oriented – You love targets and work hard to achieve them.

  • Dutch-speaking – Fluent communication in Dutch is a must.

  • Team player – You work well with your colleagues to achieve joint successes.
