Your role:
As a Sales Representative, you are the first link in our sales process and the engine behind our growth. You directly contact potential customers, convince them of the value of our services, and ensure that we can work with the right leads. You lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships and play an important role in the success of our sales team.
What will you do?
Cold calling – You call prospects and generate interest in our IT services. Leads qualification – You discover the needs of customers and check if they fit our services. Relationship building – You are the first impression of Resillion and lay the foundation for a successful partnership. Collaborate with sales – You transfer warm leads to account managers for further follow-up. CRM management – You ensure that conversations and results are properly recorded in our CRM system. Use of tools – You use Sales Engagement Software, email outreach tools, lead generation tools, and call automation & dialers to make your work more efficient and reach the right leads. Work independently – You think proactively about ways to generate leads and apply innovative techniques for success.
