✨ About The Role
- Responsible for selling R365 Accounting and Operations Platform to mid-market restaurant groups
- Work with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development team to identify and sell into new accounts
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Uncover pain points and business impact that align with R365 solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from self-sourcing new opportunities to close

- Proven Account Management/Sales experience with a strong record of success, preferably in software sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients
- Ability to network, build relationships, negotiate, and problem-solve to drive sales growth
- Enthusiastic and passionate individual with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM, along with the ability to adopt and follow a sales process
