- The Senior Account Executive will manage the entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to close.
- This role involves generating and developing new opportunities to increase revenue for the R365 Workforce Solution.
- The candidate will work closely with the Director of Growth Initiatives to maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Anticipating and discussing prospect needs while facilitating solutions will be a key responsibility.
- The individual will act as a subject matter expert regarding Workforce Solutions and maintain knowledge of related products.
- Networking with existing customers and vendor partners to build long-lasting business relationships is essential.
- The role requires continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the sales team and company objectives.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven account management or sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry, is essential.
