Job Overview:

The Digital Sales Analyst for RBI APAC will play a key role in supporting the region's digital and CRM performance by analyzing data, generating insights, and helping to optimize digital sales channels. You will work closely with franchisees, marketing, and technology teams to measure results and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business outcomes.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to understand what drives customer behavior. You will support senior team members in developing and executing digital strategies across app, delivery, kiosk and loyalty platforms, helping transform insights into actionable recommendations.

The role is based out of Singapore and requires 5 days per week office presence. Start date – February 2026.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support Franchisees in Digital Performance
  • Analyze franchisee digital sales performance across channels (app, delivery, kiosk).
  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards to track key KPIs.
  • Support implementation of digital and CRM initiatives at the local market level.
  • CRM and Campaign Analysis
  • Monitor CRM campaign results, including engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Identify trends and share recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Assist in segmenting audiences and building targeted communication strategies.
  • Loyalty and Customer Insights
  • Support analysis of loyalty program performance and customer behavior.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase participation and spend among members.
  • Conduct data-driven deep dives into customer journeys and cohort behavior.
  • Data and Reporting
  • Maintain and improve dashboards tracking digital channel and CRM results.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across markets and platforms.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries to communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Project Support
  • Work closely with regional marketing, analytics, and technology teams.
  • Support testing and experimentation initiatives to measure impact.
  • Coordinate with local teams to track execution progress.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, digital marketing, or business analytics.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or Python for data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior and driving business impact.
  • Collaborative team player, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
