We don’t have a job description (because we believe in flexibility and continuous role evolution), but as a Sales Consultant, we expect you to:

• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills: you listen to the client’s needs and effectively convey our unique selling proposition to various types of interlocutors.
• Focus on the client: you can sense the deal from a distance, create and seize business opportunities, meet the client to finalize the best offer, and follow the delivery process by supporting your Head Hunter colleagues to achieve maximum satisfaction for all parties.
• Have business agility: you can speak and motivate your choices and actions through analytics, and present your work with the innovative tools we will provide.

We appreciate a background similar to this:

• Degree in economic or legal disciplines
• Knowledge of English at B2 or C1 level (to manage relationships with colleagues from the international team in Berlin)
• At least one year of experience in the headhunting, organizational consulting, or B2B/B2C sales services sector.
