- The Federal Sales Manager will strategically plan and meet or exceed sales quota
- Responsibilities include identifying and researching potential clients, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and building a healthy opportunity pipeline
- The role involves upselling existing clients, building out the territory, and eventually leading a team
- Collaboration with partner organizations to drive both direct and indirect sales is a key aspect of the job
- The position requires sustained prospecting activity, efficient structuring of days/weeks, and cross-functional work with various internal teams

- 10+ years successful experience selling security software to Federal customers across various sectors
- Direct experience building out the public sector sales function in an early stage organization
- Deep knowledge of regulations, policies, and processes related to selling to United States Government Departments and Agencies
- Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
- Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks to successful completion
