We are seeking a high-performance Sales Manager with a strong coaching mindset to lead and develop a team of Account Executives. This is more than just a quota management role - we're looking for someone who thrives on helping reps grow, improve their craft, and consistently exceed expectations.
You'll be hands-on with your team: reviewing calls, refining messaging, and turning teachable moments into repeatable wins. You'll also play a key role in scaling our revenue engine by driving accountability, maintaining healthy pipeline dynamics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that works closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to drive alignment and sustained growth. If you love building people and teams that consistently outperform, we want to hear from you.
If you're looking for a role that's mostly about forecasting and dashboards, or you're used to managing in a highly lead-fed environment where reps don't need much development - this might not be the best fit. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys building up their team, coaching through challenges, and thriving in an environment where structure exists, but change is constant.
$110,000 - $120,000 a year
While the base salary range for the role is as posted, there is an aggressive variable compensation component attached to the role which can yield on target earnings of $180,000 to $200,000 per year.Are you not sure you meet 100% of the qualifications?
