Inside & Part Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to resource for pump parts inquiries, providing accurate identification, recommendations, and solutions tailored to customers' equipment needs.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and make proactive outbound calls to promote parts and equipment solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process - from quoting and order entry to fulfillment and follow-up - with speed and precision.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pump systems, parts compatibility, pricing, and inventory.
• Work closely with outside sales reps, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate on lead generation initiatives and support broader sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of mechanical/millwright experience with pumps or pump systems is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or equipment/parts support, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong product knowledge with the ability to quickly assess and meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in multitasking with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
